Have your say

This Saturday saw the official opening of Festival Too 2015 and a good-sized crowd descended on to King’s Staithe Square in Lynn to enjoy it.

The balmy evening weather could not have been better – in fact, it was simply a perfect night for the fireworks finale.

The entertainment for the evening came in the shape of Simply Buble, a jazz/swing band that played a great many old time standards, and all with a certain swagger.

They were a good choice too ... very easy on the ears and not to0 intrusive.

They played a very good set, and the crowd certainly warmed to them.

As always, Festival Too is geared towards all family members, so there were a few things to keep the children amused, those not dancing along to the music at least.

Once the band had finished it was time for some fireworks, so the crowd moved along the quayside to watch them.

I’m certain it could have been seen from quite some way off, but for those of us that were near enough to enjoy all of them, and not just the ones that shot skyward, did exactly that. It definitely finished the evening off with a bang

So Festival Too 2015 is officially open, and we can look forward to two amazing weekends of music, starting this Friday, July 3, on the Tuesday Market Place.
