Villagers in South Creake are enjoying a pint at their new pub.

New landlord Paul Vials welcomed residents to The Plume of Feathers, formerly The Ostrich, last week.

Mr Vials, who had moved from his previous pub in Huntingdonshire, said he was looking for a new challenge and felt he could get his teeth into South Creake’s only public house.

“It’s the hub of the community and I want to bring it back to its former glory. I’m in for the long haul.”
