Young chefs at the College of West Anglia’s Lynn campus have impressed some of West Norfolk’s top cooks in a competition.
The students were competing in a regional heat of the Passion to Inspire competition, in which teams of three students prepare one part of a three-course menu each.
The teams’ efforts were then judged by Eric Snaith, of Titchwell Manor, alongside Sam Bryant and Mark Dobby from the Dabbling Duck at Grat Massingham, pictured back with tutor Jonath Boyall, left.
The winning team were Emily Locks, Liam Raven and Bradlee Callaby, who now go forward to a regional final to be held at the West Suffolk College in June. Picture submitted
