The first of this year’s King’s Lynn Literature Festivals proved as popular as ever at the weekend.

The 27th annual Fiction Festival was held at Lynn Town Hall from Friday to Sunday, boasting one of its most impressive line-ups to date.

A guest list of best-selling and award-winning writers and authors read and discussed their work with visitors, and signed copies of their work.

Some of the authors are pictured arriving for the festival at Lynn Railway Station on Friday and in the front are, from left Lashonda Katrice Barnett, Louise Doughty, Tony Ellis (chairman), Patricia Kerkham, Romesh Gunesekera and Lady Teresa Waugh.
