Students at the College of West Anglia have completed the Three Peaks Challenge’, without even leaving their Lynn campus. Instead of climbing Snowdon, Ben Nevis and Scarfell, Pike, two teams from the uniformed and public services courses climbed the eight floors of the campus’ landmark tower block as many times as possible in 90 minutes.

Some students achieved a total climb of 900m each, with two students, Klaudio Hacaj and Leandro Peirera exceeding 1,320m. The total distance climbed by the students amounted to 15,720m

The event has raised £451 for Norfolk Fire and Rescue Service Benevolent Fund. Picture: SUPPLIED
