BREAKING NEWS - The boy’s father lays the most touching tribute of all at the spot where his son died

THE father of three-year-old Rio Bell lays a tribute to his beloved son who died as the victim of a road accident last Wednesday.

The picture of the boy’s father shows him laying the boy’s Spiderman costume, a Christmas present, amongst the flowers and toys piled at the side of the road.

The family, who come from Lowestoft, visited the scene last Thursday night just 24 hours after the little boy was hit by a blue Audi A4 in King Street.

They released a tribute earlier today describing Rio as “full of life, full of smiles and laughter”.

See tomorrow’s paper for further family tributes.
