Pupils from Ashwicken Primary School continued their national and local fundraising exploits on Wednesday.

A few weeks after supporting Children In Need, 76 Key Stage Two youngsters sung Christmas carols at Tesco’s Hardwick for two hours to raise money for local charity Red Wellies.

A total of £287 was raised with pupil Alfie Sirju, who recently lost a relative to a brain tumour, leading the way.
