A motorist from Lynn is warning other drivers to be alert after he was forced to take evasive action in his car to avoid an oncoming pedestrian.

Jason Lee, from Gaywood, was on his way to a car boot at Tesco’s Hardwick on Easter Sunday when a man walked straight into his path down Blackfriars Road.

Mr Lee, who hasn’t reported the matter to the police, was forced to swerve into the next lane in an effort to avoid the pedestrian.

”It was the first time it’s ever happened to me in 17 years of driving,” said Mr Lee.

“I’ve no idea who the guy is but he shouted abuse at me as I swerved around him.

“I stopped once he was a distance behind me and looked in my rear view mirror and saw him try to do the same to the next car.

“Thankfully I have a dash cam and captured the footage. I’ve uploaded to YouTube and I’ve had a big response on Facebook.”
