Volunteers are being asked to come forward and help assess the standard of services at the Swaffham Community Hospital.
The appeal has been made ahead of the annual patient-led assessments of sites managed by the Norfolk Community Health and Care NHS Trust.
The programme, which looks at the quality of non-clinical services and the condition of buildings, is due to begin in early March and is expected to last until June.
A training event will be held at the Norwich Community Hospital on Friday February 19 for anyone interested in getting involved.
Bev Goldthorpe, the trust’s patient environment lead, said: “Patient feedback is of utmost importance to us and is a useful measure of how well we are doing. It also highlights areas where there may be room for improvement.
“We look at environments from the patients’ perspective, and the results give us a clear picture of how our environment is seen by those using it, and how they can improve it. Assessors act as an advocate for the patient.”
