War medal stolen from King’s Lynn church

A World War I victory medal has been stolen from a King’s Lynn church.

Police today launched an appeal for information after the theft from All Saints Church, in Church Lane.

The church’s public announcement system, including two amplifiers and a mixing deck, were also taken.

It is thought the theft happened between 4.30pm and 5.10pm on Tuesday, October 7.

The bronze 1918 medal was taken from a glass cabinet.

Officers would like to speak to anyone who may have witnessed this incident or anyone with further information about the whereabouts of the stolen items.
