Members of King’s Lynn and West Norfolk Bicycle Users Group took part in a charity cycle ride on Saturday in support of the RNLI.
The group set off from Lynnsport in Lynn going to the Old Hunstanton lifeboat station, via Sandringham Visitor Centre.
As the ride was part of the RNLI’s Mayday Fundraising weekend, the group rode all the way wearing Wellington boots and once at Sandringham, visitors were encouraged to fill the wellies with coins.
On arrival the group were given lunch and drinks at the Old Lifeboat Cafe who donated the cost of the meals and drinks to the collection.
The ride raised £230 which was presented to Robin Rafferty, lifeboat operations manager at Old Hunstanton.
