The NHS West Norfolk Clinical Commissioning Group (WNCCG) is holding a series of Stakeholder Events to give local people the opportunity to get involved in shaping healthcare services locally.
The theme of West Norfolk CCG’s fourth Annual Stakeholder Events will be ‘Transforming Local Services with You’.
This year the focus will be on four of the CCG’s key priority areas for 2015-16.
These are dementia services, frailty, urgent care and mental health.
The CCG will be holding the events in four locations across West Norfolk to help as many people attend as possible.
The meetings are on Tuesday, August 25, 2-4.30pm at Hunstanton Town Hall; Monday, September 14, 2-4.30pm, King’s Lynn Town Hall; Thursday, September 17, 6-8.30pm, Downham Market Town Hall; Wednesday, September 23, 6-8.30pm Swaffham Community Centre (Campinglands, Swaffham).
Reimbursement of travel expenses will be available for patients and the public. These events are open to anyone who wishes to come along, although people are asked to complete a booking form which is available to download from www.westnorfolkccg.nhs.uk by Friday, August 21, for Hunstanton, and Wednesday, September 9, for the other events.

Dr Sue Crossman, Chief Officer of West Norfolk CCG, said: “These events are open to the general public and we want your thoughts about local services and how they might develop in the future.
“By listening to local residents and understanding their experiences we will be able to better plan local healthcare services. Do please join us at these events and have your say about how we can shape future services positively.”
