Police have appealed for witnesses after a number of electrical items were stolen from a house in Gaywood at the weekend.

Raiders are believed to have broken into the property on Spring Sedge, sometime between 2pm on Saturday and 12.30am yesterday.

Police say an iPod mini, an iPhone, computers and games consoles were stolen in the raid, which also caused “significant damage” to the property.

Anyone who saw any suspicious behaviour in the area during the weekend, or who has information about the break-in, is asked to contact Det Con Alex Heathcote, of Lynn CID, via the non-emergency 101 number.

Witnesses can also contact Crimestoppers free and anonymously on 0800 555111 with any information.
