A Wretton man who turned 100 on Sunday celebrated his milestone birthday with a family party.
Bristol Morton, known as Pim, marked the occasion with his wife of 73 years Eva.
Mr Morton, who is named after his father and grandfather, was born in Stoke Ferry and served in the Secold World War as a military policeman. He later became a farmer and was followed by his sons Adrian and Ray.
Mr Morton, who still smokes a pipe and follows a healthy diet, has been honoured with a display at the Downham Methodist chapel.
