Have your say

I would like to praise the East Anglian Ambulance Service and the Queen Elizabeth Hospital.

I became unwell, the ambulance service was called arriving, it seemed, in minutes. The crew, Lenny and Paul, were wonderful, very efficient, caring and kind. They transported me to the A&E at Lynn and Lenny even came back to check on me. A&E were also efficient and kept me calm. I was kept in overnight with constant attention. I went to the Medical Assessment Unit, then Terrington Ward pending a move to the Coronary Care Unit. Each and every one of the staff was kind and efficient and the coronary care team were well trained and a united team of carers. After five nights I was taken to Papworth Hospital and after the care there, I am now happily home again. I just want to say a huge thank you to everyone involved in my care and hope they get recognised for the hard work that they do. Thanks also go to my wonderful family and friends for their support and help who have been there for my husband, Brian, and myself.
