Have your say

After having an operation for bowel cancer nine months ago followed by several months of chemotherapy, I would like to offer my sincere thanks to our brilliant NHS team at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital.

After being referred to the hospital by my GP, Dr Ahmed, I was seen by all the specialist teams and operated on within five weeks. I would like to thank Mr P Cullen, the surgeon and his team, the doctors, nurses and everyone on Denver Ward, including dinner ladies and cleaners, the nursing team who treated me at home, all the doctors and nurses at the Macmillan Centre and, lastly but by no means least, Jill Skipper, stoma nurse, who helped me tremendously. Thank your for all your devotion.
