If Tory and Labour want to debate the NHS leading up to the election, it is time that they addressed the real problem affecting the system.
It is obvious that neither party want to talk about immigration but this is the main problem that hospitals are full, not the elderly who have paid all their contributions for using it. MPs are listening but not doing.
It is time to ensure those coming here should have their own insurance not be given free access to an already overstretched service.
