Have your say

I despair at the appalling railway ‘service’ between Lynn and King’s Cross.

I find it laughable that people keep talking about two trains an hour. I think if they could manage to get one train an hour on time or without a bus replacement, most of us would be happy, especially at the weekend when us ‘non-commuter’ passengers try to travel. I have practically given up going to watch my beloved Fulham FC play (some may say that this is plus!) as it can sometimes be a nine-hour round trip.

May I strongly encourage all disgruntled passengers to fill in and send off a complaints form?

I know it won’t improve things, but more often than not you will get compensation in the form of a travel voucher, which seeing as, sadly, you are more likely to see a whale on Hunstanton beach than see a train arrive in King’s Lynn on time, you may be inclined not to use.
