Re: the letter from Victoria Bagge, of Stradsett (Letters, February 10, 2015), regarding the sympathetic and considerate way her late father was treated by all the NHS staff at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital before he passed away recently.
I had the privilege of knowing this lovely gentleman and his remarkable wife, who was his main carer up to the end. I am so pleased to think they got the attention they so deserved.
I am not at all surprised to read the positive comments made about the QEH, having very recently spent some time in there after hip surgery. I can only add to every good thing said. I could not fault any member of staff during my stay. They are all doing a fantastic job.
