I would like to draw your attention to the wheelchair accessibility of the Kettlewell Lane Polling Station.
I thought it was bad enough as an able bodied voter, until I met a man in a wheelchair outside who couldn’t get in. I spoke to the ‘execs’ at the polling station. They said I certainly wasn’t the first to point this problem out. When I was in the station a man nearly fell over tripping on the door jamb in the entrance. This democratic episode took 30 seconds.
Surely West Norfolk Council could get this right if they have any respect for democracy.
