Have your say

People are being invited into St Faith’s Church at Gaywood next week to spend some time in quiet prayer and reflection.

The invitation comes as part of the Norwich Diocese Open Churches Week and the church on Gayton Road, where Anglicans and Methodists worship together, will be open throughout the week, between Monday, August 8,and Friday, August 12. There will be “prayer stations” set up around the building to assist people with their prayers and to inspire their personal reflections.

The recently appointed Team Rector, the Rev Julie Boyd, said that everyone is warmly welcome to call into the church and spend as little or as short a time in prayer. The church will open on Monday, 9am to 12 noon; Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, 9am to 4pm and on Friday from 9am to noon.

More information about this Open Churches Week event at St Faith’s Church, Gaywood, is available by contacting the church office on 01553 774916 weekday mornings between 9am and 12 noon.
