Now the National Government wants to sue Norfolk for having a higher than legal level of air pollution.

The Government gave Norfolk a lot of time to get the air pollution to below the legal level. This isn’t just the big city of Norwich, but our town of Lynn has two areas that are way

over the legal level for air pollution.

Now that our borough council wants to build more houses, the council will be designing the streets and the roads to reduce air pollution.

But what they will be doing is to shift the air pollution to other parts of the town, not reduce pollution at all. It would even get worse when over 1,000 houses are built in Lynn that borough council wants.

These new houses will bring in more cars to the Lynn area and create more pollution. The council should build the thousand of houses away from Lynn.
