In view of all the adverse publicity concerning the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Lynn, I would like to state that my own experience has been more than satisfactory.

I have recently had one procedure performed in the Arthur Levin Day Surgery Centre followed by an operation in the Queen Elizabeth Hospital and was impressed with the treatment I received from the surgeons, doctors and nurses alike.

I was grateful for their sense of humour which considerably relieved any tension. All my meals were nicely prepared and presented and much appreciated.

Roy Gooding,
