Have your say

A petition to the Rt Hon Eric Pickles MP, Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government, has been raised to request a public inquiry into the Lynnsport leisure park housing development and road.

“We wish to voice our objections to the Borough Council of King’s Lynn and West Norfolk’s plans for a road and housing development at Lynnsport Leisure Park in King’s Lynn in Norfolk and ask that a Public Inquiry is raised urgently”.

Reasons include loss of green open space to the public, public opinion ignored, inadequate and misleading consultations, risk of flooding, grossly inadequate infrastructure ie, roads, schools, GPs etc, destruction of wildlife, over £500,000 paid to developers before planning is passed and the council ‘giving themselves’ planning permission.

If any readers wish to sign the petition it can be found on the following site: https://you.38degrees.org.uk/petitions/public-inquiry-into-development-on-lynnsport-park
