Have your say

So, our globe-trotting Prime Minister is back from his ego trip to Brussels, basically with nothing. It will not make an iota of difference to immigration into the UK.

When Mr Cameron and the Conservatives came to power in 2010, they talked tough on immigration – that’s all it was, talk. Year on year ever since, the figures have increased. Now we get the politics of fear from Cameron, saying it will cost thousands of jobs, businesses will go under, banks will leave the UK and it will be the end of the UK as we know it if we vote to come out of the EU. What does Cameron care about job losses? Army, police, firefighters, NHS staff, civil servants, 5,000 steel workers and 500 miners recently – that he has done nothing about. With regard to the EU in/out referendum, I wonder if our Norfolk Tory MPs will vote with their consciences or wrap their comfort blanket around them and vote with the party.
