Incinerator will be burning here for 25 years
IS the historical town of King’s Lynn in danger of becoming the refuse incinerator capital of Norfolk? Norfolk County Council originally proposed to build an incinerator to the west of Norwich, but following a high profile campaign by the people of Costessey, this proposal was withdrawn in 2007.
