COLTS started their season at Watton and soon found their feet with Tillbrook pushing down the right for the first attempt on goal and a sign of things to come.

Pressure in the Breckland D resulted in a deflection coming to Hainsworth to make it
1-0.

Hard work by the defence and swift delivery by Hill and Avey allowed the forwards to run free, culminating in a reverse hit by Hainsworth ending in the second goal.

The Colts' defence was determined and well marshalled by Drohan, while Hogger committed herself to winning the ball to deny Breckland late in the half.

Breckland's attacks before the end of the half came close but Hogger in goal committed herself to winning the ball.

A penalty flick from Hainsworth saw her complete her treble before Saggy went forward to add number four.

Breckland could find no way through, with substitutes Watts, Sycamore and Charnley working hard to repel attacks.

It was the Power and Tilbrook show for the final four goals.

Power turned one in at the far post to make it 5-0 before Tilbrook ran from halfway and beat two players to strike home the sixth.

Determined support by Power in the D gave her a second goal before Drohan was instrumental in a further attack and Tillbrook made it 8-0.

The hosts attacked from the start and Charnley made some superb saves, Tipping some good interceptions and Brown worked hard in midfield.

Fawkes made a brilliant cross only to be stopped by Yarmouth defence.

Frost, Short, Robb and Tipping constantly battled away however couldn't stop the fierce Yarmouth forwards making it 4-0 at half-time.

Smith-Ames, Penny and Fawkes tried to break down the Yarmouth midfield.

Hutton found space down the left and made an excellent run, only to be denied a shot on goal.
