Cross country begins this weekend

THE 23rd annual cross country grand prix series of races, organised by Ryston Runners and held at Shouldham Warren, begins tomorrow (Sunday).
There are races for all age groups from U9s to over 60s. Just turn up and register on the day, first race 11am.
