Golf: Swaffham ladies beat the weather

SWAFFHAM Golf Club ladies' section held their annual AM-AM.
Ladies from 25 clubs took part in inclement weather, although this did not affect the scores.
The format was teams of four with two stableford scores to count off full H/C.
Ladies President Milly Ikin presented the prizes.
Results: 1 Sally Beckett/Jane Watson/Jackie Over/Jo Beresford (Bury St Edmunds GC) with 94 pts, 2 Linda Ball/Beverley Filby/Christine Fuller/Wendy Puttock (Feltwell GC) with 94pts, 3 Chris Kemp/Chris Burton/Sue Racey/Carol Pamby (Tydd St. Giles) 90pts, 4 Yvonne Reeve/Carol Beba/Brenda Seller/Yvonne Metcalfe (Middleton Hall GC) 84pts, 5 Elizabeth Bench/Jane Bizley/Helen Howe/Sheila Brightwell (Dereham GC) 84pts.
