IT was a case of role reversals for the Wereham-based NGMotorsport Super Pro Drag Racing team at the SPRC Summer Nationals at Santa Pod. Regular driver Nick Good handed over the driving to Simon Rowland and Good took over Rowland's job as crew chief for the weekends racing.
Rowland finished in fourth place during Saturday’s three qualifying sessions with a best 7.182 second run at 188.6mph over the quarter mile.

A bye run in the first round of eliminations and a win over Manea's Rod Harrison took Rowland to the quarter-finals and up against championship leader John Everitt; unfortunately a red light at the start handed the win to Everitt.

Team sponsors are Beovax Computer Services, East Coast Signs, Hardwick Road Garage, Glas Weld Systems, Chris Brown Body Repairs, Focal Point Digital, BGC Motorsport Components, Leatt Brace, Spin Werkes Racing Wheels and D&R Engineering.

Contact Nick Good on 01366 502000 for more information on the team.
