TEAMS from the West Norfolk Schools Partnership took part in the Norfolk School Partnerships swimming gala held at the UEA in Norwich against schools from across the county.
The galas were split into two age groups; junior for school years 5 and 6 and intermediate/senior for school years 7, 8 and 9.

Competitors were chosen from North Wootton, South Wootton, St Marthas, Gaywood, West Winch, Middleton, Greyfriars, East Winch, Grimston and Wisbech Grammar Primary schools and KES, The Park, Springwood and Downham High schools.

The swimmers all performed extremely well to see the West Norfolk teams taking second place overall in both galas.

Trophies were awarded to the winning teams in each individual age group and in the intermediate/senior gala West Norfolk won five out of the six trophies, taking home the Year 7 girls and boys, Year 8 girls and Year 9 girls and boys awards.

Pictured are some of the swimmers with their trophies.
