Lewis Kerr will miss the King’s Lynn Roger Warnes Transport Stars meeting against Belle Vue at the Adrian Flux Arena tonight, 7.30pm.

Lynn’s Heacham-based reserve suffered a back injury when he crashed in his final ride of the Stars’ 55-35 defeat at Belle Vue’s Kirkmanshulme Lane on Monday night.

The injury to his back has forced Kerr to pull out of the Stars home fixture against the Aces in order to recover.

Stars boss Rob Lyon moved quickly to book Adam Roynon to take the place of Kerr on Wednesday night. Local racer Robert Lambert is expected to make his return from injury for the Stars after missing the last two meetings.

Stars: 1 Niels-Kristian Iversen, 2 Nicklas Porsing, 3 Kenneth Bjerre, 4 Robert Lambert, 5 Vaclav Milik, 6 Adam Roynon (G), 7 Ashley Morris.

Belle Vue Aces: 1 Matej Zagar, 2 Max Fricke, 3 Craig Cook, 4 Josh Grajczonek, 5 Scott Nicholls, 6 Steve Worrall, 7 Stefan Nielsen.
