Mid Norfolk Youth League

West Winch 1

Dersingham Rovers 6

This match was played between two good sides, with the visitors winning comfortably in the end.

After a slow start the Rovers took control of the game and it was no surprise when they took the lead, and then followed it up with more goals to go in at half-time 4-0 up.

The goals were shared out with good headers from Cam Smeaton (2) and Jack Hazel together with a well taken goal from Ben Welch.

The second half started with the game being more even and Winch scored first, but this woke up the away side who scored two more with Welch completing his hat-trick.

Dersingham Rovers are beginning to look a solid team with, not only the goal scorers doing well, but with Will Woodhouse providing the chances, Luke Bolderstone commanding at the back and the whole squad accepting the squad rotation. This is showing in a good run of results.

Thanks to the ref who handled the game very well.
