The players, management teams and committee turned out in numbers as Swaffham Town Football Club held their end of season presentation evening. .

The winning individuals were:

Veteran’s Player of the Season – Keith Rix. Reserves Player of the Season – Joe Porter. Under 18’s Player – Toby Millward. First Team Player – Joe Jackson. Young Player – Finlay Bloodworth.

Bloodworth has also participated in the County Under 18 team this season.

Supporters’ Under 18 Player – Matthew Blackford. Supporters’ Player – Alex Vincent

Micky Titmarsh was presented with the chairman’s award for his stalwart service to the club over many years.

First team kit sponsor, Phil Platten was presented with a framed shirt which hopefully he will display in his recently refurbished fish and chip shop at Wells.

Dates have been set for pre-season training to start and provisional arrangements for friendly matches are already in the calendar. Many thanks to the chairman and committee of the Conservative Club for hosting the event and the Norfolk Flying Chef for the meal.

The evening consisted of a formal sit down three course meal and then the presentation of awards.
