King’s Lynn Town FC make their first-ever visit to Winterfield Road tomorrow when they take on rock-bottom Paulton Rovers.

Paulton find themselves rooted to the bottom of the Southern League table with only two wins all season.

When the sides met at The Walks Stadium, Paulton gained a credible point with a goalless draw.

The Linnets go into the game on the back of a 1-0 home victory over Frome Town last Saturday.

Linnets boss Gary Setchell said: “We certainly owe Paulton one for not beating them at our place.

“Hopefully we can go there and get a result, but no game is easy in this league as results like Bideford drawing against Hitchin last weekend show.”

Both David Bridges and Lee Smith are likely to miss the 400-mile round-trip due to injury.

Following Tuesday night’s postponement at Stratford due to a waterlogged pitch, Lynn find themselves 12th in the league standings with 32 points from 22 games.

On the road they have won three and lost eight of their 11 games.

Paulton boss Tony Ricketts this week confirmed the signing of ex-Bristol Rovers trainee Nunyo Felix from Taunton Town.
