ULTIMATE FIRE SYSTEMS CENTRAL & SOUTH NORFOLK LEAGUE

There were no matches in Division because of the second round of the Norfolk Junior Cup.

The main attention therefore was on Divisions Two and Three.

The top two in Division Two were beaten.

The leaders Rockland United lost their 100 per cent record in a 3-0 defeat at Marham Wanderers, a result which lifts Marham to second place.

At the other end of the table, Tacolneston Res got off to a flying start with a goal in the first minute and went on to record their first win with a 4-2 home success over Castle Acre Swifts Reserves.

In Division Three, second placed Watton Utd Res enjoyed an 11-0 home win over Feltwell Utd Res. Northwold picked up their first points of the season with a 9-2 home win over Rampant Horse.

All the Fourth Division teams were engaged in the 1st round of the Ben Smith Memorial Cup.

Necton Res lost at Bar 33 7-2. Narborough Res won 2-0 at Diss Greyhound.

In the Norfolk Junior Cup, the story of the day was undoubtedly the 3-1 win by Division One leaders Tacolneston to knock out the holders Castle Acre Swifts.

There were no other wins by teams from the league.
