Tomorrow sees Swaffham Town FC entertain FC Broxbourne Borough in the First Round proper of the FA Vase (kick-off 3pm).

The Reserves went down 5-2 to Mattishall Res. Toby Millward scored the goal of the game, volleying on the run past the keeper. The other Pedlars goal was gifted by the opposition. Tomorrow they host Beccles Caxton.

The ‘A’ team had a 5-0 defeat at Shipdham but a good team performance under difficult conditions.

The players and committee wish stalwart Tony Sparrow a speedy recovery after his recent illness and hope to see him continuing his much appreciated contribution to club activities in the very near future.

Denver 3 Springwood 2

Denver recorded their sixth consecutive victory with an unconvincing win against a side who started with ten men and were reduced to nine by a straight red card after 60 minutes.

Goals from Callum Cottey, Danny Brooks and Billie Lawson kept Denver on top of the table but they will need to produce a much better performance to overcome Colkirk in the Norfolk Primary Cup tomorrow.
