The Pedlars go up to sixth spot after edging a derby that saw their goalkeeper Matthew Hails sent off late on at Clipbush Park on Wednesday evening.

Swaffham grabbed the deciding goal after 55 minutes when a Sam Garner clearance was charged down just inside the box by Alex Vincent, who then hit an unstoppable volley home to record his second goal in two games.

At the end Tommy Rix almost equalised for the basement side the Ghosts.

Attendance: 87.

Tomorrow Fakenham travel to FC Clacton, while Swaffham go to Saffron Walden Town.

In Division One, Lynn Reserves entertain Diss Town and Downham Town travel to Wivenhoe Town.

Swaffham Reserves had a frustrating County Junior Cup fixture, against the run of play going 3-0 down.

They evened the score then finally lost 5-4, goals from James Thompson (2), Ahmed Rhaouti and Callum Robinson.
