The King’s Lynn Stars have moved quickly to rearrange their Elite League clash with Coventry for next Wednesday, April 13 – as a double header!

The Roger Warnes Transport Stars will face the Bees at 7.30pm prompt and this will be followed by the Stebbings Car Superstore Young Stars’ Travel Plus National League clash with Stoke.

It means a bumper 30-heats of action at the Adrian Flux Arena – and although there is an increase in admission, fans who don’t wish to stay for the National League clash will be given a voucher on exit to get a free programme at the next Elite League meeting.

Club promoter Keith Chapman said: “We are pleased to be in a position to bring Coventry back so quickly and our thanks to everyone who has made it happen.

“The Young Stars are also important to us and we didn’t want to cancel them again, so we are putting on a double-header. It should be a great night.”

Co-promoter Dale Allitt said: “We are aware not everyone wants to stick around for the full 30-heat programme although the youngsters would appreciate the support.

“We agreed, to help cover this, there will be a voucher given out to everyone who leaves after the Elite League meeting for a free programme at the next meeting.”

Admission prices are £19 adults, £16 concessions, £5 juniors and children go free.
