Tonight at the Adrian Flux Arena is a National League double header for the Stebbings Car Care Lynn Young Stars, which begins at the earlier time of 7.30pm.

Dale Allitt’s side host Cradley in a league fixture. Immediately afterwards Lynn take on Buxton in the second leg of the National League Knockout Cup after going down by 12 points at the Hitmen in the away leg.

The Young Stars will have a new number one leading the side with Jake Knight set to make his home debut. Allitt has kept his side unchanged for both meetings.

Admission for the full 30 heats is: Adults £15, concessions £12, juniors £5, kids under 11 free. First race 7.30pm, gates open at 6.30pm.

In the City Gearboxes National League on Wednesday, Cradley consolidated second place with a 61-31 home win over Buxton, with captain Max Clegg scoring a 15-point maximum.

Cradley boss Will Pottinger said: “It’s great to break that 60-point barrier; we’ve come close a couple of times this season.”
