Linnets boss struggling with tactics

KEITH Webb hasn't any tactics!

Before the games he still doesn't know his first team, which surely doesn't bode well.

During the game he has no plan B, sometimes no plan A.

As for a 4-5-1 system it just doesn't work, it has been proved time and time again.

We always look good going forward with our players, but he insists on a 4-5-1.

Joe (Francis), the poor lad, needs to get his confidence back, but he still insists on playing him where before long the crowd will be on his back.

He has options; Julian Joachim, Turner or even Smudge, but no, he puts Joe on and hopes for the best.

The man sems to have no motivation for himself or the team. Lee Glover is always at home and away trying to motivate and get the best out of our players, while Webb stands with his arms folded.

Yes, we won the league last season but I think Webb made it harder than it was with his bad tactics, playing defensive after we have scored, where we lost or drew some of them, eg. 4-5-1 system against Corby at home when they were bottom of the league.

Mr R. Bowyer

Spalding.

BACK to a 4-4-2 and it worked. About time Joachim got to start, let's just hope Webb took some notice.

Mr G. Wotton.
