Linnets close in on Smith again

LINNETS boss Keith Webb was today closing in on the signing of fans' favourite Adam Smith.

The left-sided player has been linked with a move back to The Walks after having his contract cancelled by mutual consent by League One Peterborough United.

Should Smith return to The Walks it will be his third spell with the club.
