Long Melford 0

Swaffham Town 0

Keith Polski hit a post and Dave Weaver-Pope shot over in a typical end-of-season game with few chances.

Pedlars joint manager Mick Simmons said: “I don’t think either side would have scored if they had still been playing now.

“Neither side deserved to win. Conditions weren’t good – it was bobbly and windy.

“A draw was a fair result.”

Fakenham Town 0

Halstead Town 1

A goal conceded via a first-half free-kick decided this game.

Ghosts joint manager Stuart Woodhouse said: “We coped well with a big side. A draw would have been a fairer result.

“When we went there they put nine goals past us, and they thought it’d be easy.

“We’re competing in games now, but we’re nowhere near where I expected us to be at the start of the season.”

A home friendly with Norwich City has been arranged for Friday, July 10 as part of Fakenham Town FC’s 125th anniversary next season.

Downham Town 1 FC Clacton 3
