Sport- Mixed Martial Arts: Students put through paces

LYNN’S Mixed Martial Arts Club held their second grading since the opening of the new club.

It was attended by eleven members, who were all put through their paces in a range of tests, including technique, demonstrations, pad work, fitness tests and sparring.

All the students displayed a high level of discipline, good technique and high fitness levels.

The members who passed were: Kian Garrett (yellow belt), Callum Lockwood (yellow belt), Joseph Povey (yellow belt), Louis Hardaker (yellow belt), Joseph Sweeney (green belt), Lyndon Sysum (green belt), Jordan Brown (orange belt), Edward Dew (purple belt), Frank Wilmerson (blue belt), Bradley Proctor (red belt) and Luke Wood (brown belt).

Training takes place every Monday between 6 and 7pm at the at King’s Lynn Academy and adult classes take place at the same venue between 7 and 9pm.
