LIL Dragon students at the Kuk Sool Won School, in Lynn, showed good control and listening skills to all promote to their next stripe.

They were able to demonstrate to their very pleased parents and instructors how much they have learnt and how they have progressed.

Over the week, a total of 43 Lil Dragons promoted to the following grades:

Yellow Stripe: Geoffrey Delgado, Ivan Bond-Green, Amelie Thompson, Maisie Gray, Toby Melia, Harrison Lynn, Harry Skinner, Joseph Russell, Joshua Avanzado, Oliver Dickerson.

Blue Stripe: Amelia Simpson, Jack Mitchell, Xander Mensink, Amelia Curtis, Frances Ford, Lyla Lockwood, Charlie King, Dominic Ashby, Noah Crowe, Jacob and Ailish Jenner.

Red Stripe: Candi Kirkpatrick, Evie Dungey, Krishna Bhagey, Vinny Marchetti, Imogen Wheeler, Joseph Fowler, Theo Hancock.

Brown Stripe: James Leman, Sam Hooker, Charlie Boss, Keith Nunn.

Grey Stripe: Jackson Snow, Willam Fisher, Daniel Grimmer, Louie Cox, Ethan Blake.

Bronze Stripe: Alfie Curtis.

Finlay Minns, Alfie Mortimer, Rosie Green, Grace Carter, Jermaine Bernard were all presented with their White belts and will soon be moving to the Junior class.

Lil Dragons is a specialist programme to meet the needs of young children (four to six year-olds).

In class they are taught martial art drills, life and safety skills in a fun and safe environment.

Over time they will develop co-ordination, balance, courtesy, self-discipline and confidence.

Many parents report improvements in behaviour at home and school.

Classes take place at Bryggen Road, on the North Lynn Industrial Estate.
