American wrestling company, Global Force Wrestling, has its first shows in the UK this month and they’re making sure all their fans have an opportunity to come along to Lynnsport by working with West Norfolk Time Credits.

New kids on the block, Global Force Wrestling bring their high impact, blockbusting show on the road all the way from Las Vegas to Lynn on October 30.

GFW was set up by wrestling royalty and founder of TNA wrestling, Jeff Jarrett in 2014 and their roster features West Norfolk’s own Nick Aldis, better known to fans as Magnus.

Aldis left Norfolk to become, among other titles, TNA World Heavyweight Champion and is making sure that the place he got his start gets to see him in action once more by bringing Global Force Wrestling to Lynn.

Wanting to ensure that all their fans had the chance to see them, Aldis got in touch with the West Norfolk Time Credits programme to offer tickets to those volunteers who are working to make West Norfolk a better place through a range of community and charitable organisations.

Those members who are earning Time Credits can use them to book tickets for the show at Lynnsport on October 30.

Aldis was pleased that they got the chance to put the community at the heart of their shows from the outset of their UK takeover.

“When I heard about the Time Credits programme I immediately knew that this was something I wanted to get on board with; money doesn’t come easily to anyone but I still believe the most valuable commodity is time, so when people are willing to give their time to do things that improve the community that we all share, the chance to experience Global Force Wrestling live is the least we can do.

“When I talked to Jeff Jarrett, he echoed my opinion completely and said ‘let’s do it!’ We’re excited to be involved with such a great programme.”

Kate Price, senior partnerships manager at Spice added

“We’re always looking for ways to give Time Credit volunteers new and exciting experiences, and it won’t get much more exciting that the GFW debut at Lynnsport.”

Members who are interested in booking their tickets can get in touch with their local Spice team through Twitter @WN_TimeCredits and their Facebook page for more details.
