On Saturday, eight students from Pro Martial Arts Schools Norfolk attended a Coaching Team Course with regional instructor Ed Scholes.

This course is the first of three stages for would-be coaches to gain the required knowledge, skill and experience to become kickboxing instructors. With the recent steady growth of clubs in Lynn and Hunstanton, PMAS are looking to expand the number of clubs in the region to offer kickboxing and self defence training, progress through a structured belt system and entry into competition for those wishing to take their pad work training to the next level.

PMAS Norfolk classes are held in Hunstanton, Lynn and Wisbech with over 50 students training regularly.
