Massingham B lead the league from Massingham C and Massingham D, though West Acre A have several games in hand and can with some good results still challenge for the title.
Massingham B’s Callum Wilson-West (14 years old) has been playing very well of late, upping his ‘p.b’ 30-minute score by 38 to 98 points, and recording breaks of 18, 16, 12, 11, 11, 10 and 10 last week.
Teammate Josh Reeve (11) also has done very well to increase his best score to 49.
Massingham A are now putting some good performances together and last week both Dylan Boucheron and Dylan Fryett beat their best 30-minute totals with scores of 56 and 75 respectively.
Other players to improve on their best scores have been: Ryan Dunkley – 40, Sam Pearson – 19, Merlin Knight – 55 and most notably Danny Overson who scored an excellent total of 71 points in his 30-minute game.
This is a new league record score for a nine-year-old, and suggests that Overson has a very bright future ahead of him in the cue-sports world.
Jack Easter still holds the highest break and score for the league.
