King’s Lynn United were hosts to Thorpe on Sunday.

United Men won 4-3.

After sorting all the names on the computer ready before starting, things proceeded before Brian Goffart had a chance to be ready.

Neverthless Goffart fought back well to 2-2 before losing 2-3.

Anton Liscsey won 3-2 and Craig Venman hit 11 ton plusses on his way to a 3-2 win.

Roger Berney took a hard earned 3-2 win from Jamie Howes who managed to hit a 146 finish and 180 against Berney.

Callum Wilson, United’s youngest men’s player, hit scores of 140, 2x137, 121, 118 & 100 but eventually lost 2-3.

However he has been informed he will be playing for the Norfolk Under 21s on February 21.

Ian Withers was MoM with 26.84av playing his debut match for United and won the deciding men’s game 3-0 to give the men a 4-3 victory.

King’s Lynn United Ladies lost 1-3.

Sandra Knevett, Lady of the Match, won 3-1, hitting 4 x 100.

Beth Knevett hit 121, Karen Johnson hit 138 & 100.
