Jack Yule of Middleton Hall Golf Club has been given his second call-up for England.
The 21 year-old joins the new English Amateur champion, Yorkshireman Dan Brown, in being selected for England’s 11-strong team for next week’s Home Internationals, which will be played at Nairn Golf Club, Scotland, from August 10-12.
The duo will be joined in the team by Adam Chapman of Cumbria, Will Enefer of Shropshire, Harry Hall of Cornwall, Josh Hilleard of Somerset, Marco Penge of Sussex, Alfie Plant of Kent, Gian-Marco Petrozzi of Staffordshire, Ashton Turner of Lincolnshire and James Walker of Yorkshire.
England will be seeking to regain the Home Internationals title, which they last won at Ganton in Yorkshire in 2013.
Yule won the Biarritz Cup in France last month, when representing England for the first time. He was 11 under par for the four rounds, scoring 64, 67, 68 and 66.
He also reached the last 32 at the British Amateur and was runner-up in the Italian international, eighth in the Hampshire Salver and ninth in the Portuguese amateur.
